What’s Included/Not Included

  • What's included - Planning Drawings

    Quote - Free: Based on an initial site visit of up to 1 hour

    Site Survey and Measurement - Comprehensive external and internal survey of the existing property.

    Production of Existing Plans and Elevations - Development of a 3D model and planning drawings reflecting the current property layout.

    Production of Proposed Plans, Elevations, and 3D Views - Development of a 3D model and planning drawings reflecting the proposed property layout.

    Planning Application and Liaison - Submission of planning application, including ongoing liaison with planning officers, feedback to clients, and up to two drawing amendments needed for the application.

    *Planning fees not included - payable direct to the local authority -  (Householder Planning application fee £328 inc. VAT): The planning fee will vary according to the type of planning application.

  • What's not included/Potential Additional costs

    Design and access statement, if required - £250/£375/£500 (dependent on selected planning drawing option): Some applications require a design and access statement, usually if the building is listed, in a conservation area, or is considered a major development.

    Resubmission of planning drawings due to withdrawal or rejection of planning application - £650/£850/£1000 (dependent on selected planning drawing option): If a planning application is withdrawn or rejected and the customer wishes to submit revised drawings, this fee will apply (plus the planning application fee, payable directly to the council).

    Planning Appeal Submission - £250/£375/£500 (dependent on selected planning drawing option) : If a planning application is rejected and the client wishes to appeal the decision, a written planning appeal statement/report will be required.

    Any additional reports or services from third-party contractors- (Quotes will be obtained): This could include tree surveys, land surveys, Land contamination surveys, Biodiversity, etc. (These will depend on the type of planning application needed)
